I want my bones to tell the story of my journey… my experience… my life. I want my skin to glow with the light of hope that shines through my darkness.
I’ve had a few rough days, soooo…. I’m working on starting a raw food diet, little by little. I want my life to change and I want to get better. But of course, I would hate gaining weight again. Tomorrow I start with the preparations and I’ll post pictures for you guys. I’ll let you know how it goes day by day.
Someday… you will prove them all wrong. Keep on working out, keep a healthy diet. Your relationship with food doesn’t have to be awful, it can get better. Try raw foods. They have a whole lot less calories, make you feel full and you get all the health benefits without the weight gain.
Wouldn’t it be great if it did???
Forget the cheat day. You are not a dog. You don’t need to reward yourself with food. Instead try an achievement day. If you reached a small goal throughout the week, reward yourself with a little shopping or go out. Don’t cheat, you are the only one you are cheating on.

I can’t find a reason not to do it. Wake up every day, get your sorry ass out of bed and workout. Eat clean, watch your calories and nutrients. Make sure everything you do takes you one step closer to your goal.

Jenna Marbles ABS… Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.
So worth it. Do it while the shower warms up! I like this because it’s not too much; it’s actually a do-able everyday workout!
